FIRST CHAPTER

FROM FIRST DEAL TO 2022

The company was called Ultimate Patrimonia, and over the 5 years of its existence we built a track record by completing 10 complex transactions. During this period the company was published in the media and became credible in the highly competitive sector. Initially acting as an advisor only, After the first few deals, its nature evolved into local partner and developer, leading to today's incarnation which is capable of deploying its own capital in full alignment with our capital partners.

FROM PATRIMONIA TO BELFIN CAPITAL

When the company reached its 10th deal, we decided that enough capital was available to start investing directly in complex real estate transactions. Belfin Capital was born.

FOUNDER

Graduated in Bocconi University in 2006, postgraduated in Finance with a mix program at LSE and Cass Business School in London, he started his career in Investment Banking at BNP Paribas Equity and Derivatives then UBS AG before joining in 2011 Cushman & Wakefield Investment Advisory in Shanghai. In 2012 he started his MBA at Stern Business School New York University while working as junior project management on the W Downtown development for Moinian Group.

DATA CENTER SPECIALIST

Robert has a proven track record in the information technology and Data Center services industry, from Data Center facility management to IT physical infrastructure design and implementation. Robert's skills also include the capacity to translating challenges and needs into valuable solution. Robert moved from the US to Europe 5 years ago and recently started collaborating with Belfin team.

Graduated in architecture at Metropolitan School of London with further studies at Esade, she is working alongside Patrimonia/Belfin since in 2020. She partly support as junior project manager in current development. Fluent in german, english and Italian.
